Volume

Volume I is the launch venture of Volume Projects, a new entity in quality architectural developments. Comprising 29 apartments situated in leafy Malvern East, Volume is designed in full collaboration - Interiors by Adele Bates Design, landscape by Jack Merlo, and atmospheric effects from scent artists Lyn Balzer and Tony Perkins. The building provides a reactive, glistening facade that curves around the streetscape, reflecting and diffusing light as it moves across the surface, or indeed as you move around the surface itself. Experience is paramount, whether from travelling past the building, touching the tactile, textural interior surfaces, or even catching a hint of musk whilst inside the common areas.
