SM North Edsa Annex Mall

This proposal serves as a benchmark for the future generation of shopping mall design in The Philippines. The proposed new mall is a 5-level 40,000m² building incorporating water-washed façade to cool down the internal temperature in the tropical climate; provide sweeping views from within the interior spaces;  and a highly articulated façade which is uniquely different from the typical blank boxed up mall facades.
