Completed (2017)A 7 storey 2900sqm commercial project with retail on ground floor, situated near Richmond Station, capped off by a penthouse event space. Two urban response techiques are employed to provide interaction from the rail lines up high, as well as from the street pedestrian level. A punctured trio of metal finishes feature alongside dark precast concrete patterns and textures.
