At EAT all our staff possess strong design ability, relevant qualifications, fluency in Revit and AutoCAD, and most importantly effective communication skills. This is what you need to get through the first probationary period, and become part of our team.

We are proud to be involved in the Swinburne University’s Industry Placement Scholarship Program since 2013, and become one of the Industry Partners of the Design Faculty. It is a program where selected eligible students are placed with industry sponsors in supervised positions. Students on placement receive scholarship stipends, paid monthly by us and administered by the University, to the max. value of AUD $25,600 (2013).

We only offer one scholarship position per calendar year, and it is awarded at the sole discretion of the University in consultation with us. Who we are looking for are students that are creative, passionate and enthusiastic!
